Project Overview
Qwibo is a startup that specializes in peer-to-peer car sharing, with a focus on serving car rental businesses and individuals who wish to monetize their vehicles. They are on a mission to make car sharing more publicly accessible. Understanding this dual audience—both car owners and renters—was crucial in shaping the brand. We undertook this project with the objective to create a brand identity that would encapsulate the values of the company while reaching out effectively to their target market.

Challenges
The primary challenge for Qwibo was the requirement for comprehensive branding, necessitating a deep dive into understanding their market and ideal target audience. This project aims to create an identity that reflects both the company's values and speaks to its target costumers. Striking a balance between corporate ethos and customer expectations posed an intricate challenge. The company wanted a brand that could convey its dynamic, reliable nature while appealing to a demographic known for valuing trust and integrity.

Concept Development
Our conceptual approach hinged on the initial "Q" of Qwibo, which we integrated into a symbol resembling the top view of a car. This symbol would serve as a dual representation of the brand name and its core service. We complemented the symbol with a custom typeface that we designed to compliment with the logo mark. This created a cohesive and strong brand image capable of standing alone.


Solutions
In terms of brand personality, we aimed for a tone that was both inspiring and action-oriented. We chose the color blue to symbolize trust and integrity, core values that resonate well with Qwibo's aspiration and their target demographic of young professionals.
The color selection was not just an aesthetic choice but a calculated decision to tap into psychology and societal associations with trustworthiness. The end result is a brand identity carefully calibrated to appeal to its target audience while maintaining the company's integrity.

The final brand identity serves as a reflection of both the company’s aspirations and the values of their target audience.
